Strengths My clinical strengths are- My knowledge about the therapy skills and the way it can positively affect the client. as beauty therapist I am aware of the measure and duration of the laser doses that need to be provided to the client. I am also aware of the conduction gel that need to be applied prior to the laser therapy. My strengths are- Decision-making, it always involves risks, as the consequences are not known, however, my strength is working under pressure. My seniors has mentioned this aspect of mine in my appraisal form. Weaknesses My clinical weaknesses are- coaching skills, and leadership skills. I am unable to explain the theory portion of my work area and I learn everything with practical examination. Negotiating skills are my biggest weakness and I am unable to negotiate about anything to anyone. According to my seniors has mentioned multi-tasking as my weakness.
